La Vita Care will be photographing and filming the La Vita Care Compass Event – Strengthening Independence.

The purpose of this content is to capture the event and share useful moments, insights and highlights with the wider La Vita Care community.

 

How footage may be used:

Photographs, video footage and audio captured at the event may be used by La Vita Care for:

• La Vita Care social media

• the La Vita Care website

• email and digital communications

• marketing and promotional materials

• post-event content and resources

• promotion of future La Vita Care activities and events

Content may include general event footage, audience participation, speakers, panel discussions and informal moments during the event.

 

If you do not wish to be identifiable:

We want everyone attending the event to feel comfortable.

If you do not wish to be identifiable in photographs or video footage, please let us know:

Please let a La Vita Care team member know when you arrive.

We will take reasonable steps to avoid using identifiable images or footage of you in published content.

Please note that it may not always be possible to avoid incidental background capture during general event filming. Where we are aware of your preference, we will not knowingly select or publish identifiable footage of you.

Children or people represented by another person:

If you are registering on behalf of another person, please make sure their preferences regarding filming and photography are communicated to us.

Where appropriate, consent should reflect the wishes of the person attending the event.
