Walking alongside you through complex care
When you or your loved one has an acquired brain injury or neurological condition,
every day can feel different. Some days feel harder with fluctuations in comfort energy, and needs.
And so many moving parts to manage - health, routines, the home environment, relationships and planning for what might change next.
La Vita Care specialises in complex care for acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
We look at the whole person, pay attention to what matters, and stay ready
to adjust as your care needs change.

Why La Vita Care exists
FROM OUR FOUNDER
The moment that changed everything.
"I thought I understood care — until my mum was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. There was a moment when it struck me what was missing in personal care."
Jonathan shares why we built La Vita Care differently.

I'm Jonathan, the founder of La Vita Care.
After supporting my mum through Motor Neurone Disease and realising how much families need care that truly sees the whole person – we have built La Vita Care to deliver that. Over the years, we've supported hundreds of people and their families through personal care and support.
The insights in this guide come from that collective experience — what we've learnt works, what people and their families wish they'd known earlier, and how to think about care in ways that make a real difference.
I hope it helps.
Jonathan
